What Happens After You Send This

Usually within a couple of days. We'll confirm current pricing, what's available, and roughly when your beef would be ready.

A deposit holds your animal. The balance is settled at pick-up, once the actual hanging weight is known.

Before butcher day we'll go through your cuts: steak thickness, roast sizes, how much ground beef. This is where you get exactly what you want.

We'll let you know when your beef is ready: cut, wrapped, frozen and boxed for the drive home. Bring a hand to help you carry it.
